I like to work on a hard copy of your manuscript (though we can certainly work digitally, too) so you can see the suggestions I would make.
Then you get a detailed critique letter that explains all those mysterious terms like “character arc” and “storyline” in ways that make sense, relating them to your work so that you can execute changes step by step.
